Members Rights/Responsibilities:


Member Discontent Protocol:

-=AGX=- is a diverse group of Adults. Conflict between members, or with members (Council and Founders included) are bound to arise. Addressing these issues as an adult and in an adult manner is not only the responsibility of all members – it is Expected.
Protocol to settling issues should be followed as outlined below:
1. Attempt to resolve the issue via Private Messaging
2. Attempt to resolve the issue via TeamSpeak
(ask a Council Member to Mediate if necessary)
3. Post a ‘Discontent’ thread in the forums section (JAG Section– Members Advocate)

Be advised: Posting a discontent thread should not be confused with a ‘witch hunt’. All issues shall be discussed in an adult manner with respect to all parties involved – Moderators will watch for combative and negative posts and infraction warnings will be issued accordingly

Members Posting in Forums:
1. Every member has the right to post their opinion and point of view in an adult fashion
2. No member shall be chastised, belittled, hazed, or otherwise disrespected for their opinion or point of view
3. No member shall have their posts edited by any member or admin
4. No member shall have their posts locked as long as the above protocol as outlined above is followed
5. In the event the protocol is not followed and the post locked – the member/admin responsible must take immediate action to rectify the problem and the resolution Must be posted within the locked forum within 48 hours

Member’s Children:

It is the responsibility of each member to insure their children conduct themselves in a manner conducive to the -=AGX=- CoC at all times
It is suggested any member having problems or issues with a members child approach them privately and inform them of any wrongdoing or unacceptable behavior. If the problem persists, members should approach a Council member to obtain resolution

-=AGX=- tags are NOT to be worn by members children
(an acceptable alternative would be [cage] Children of the Adult gaming Experience)

TeamSpeak is open to members children. Please DO NOT give out the TS password to your children – it is recommended the parent setup their child’s TS login as follows:
Check the anonymous box, enter child’s name and standard unregistered TS password, Enter -=AGX=- Members Kids in default channel box
(this will avoid children logging into the Front Lines and having to be moved)

Please do NOT allow your children to give out the TS password to non members children TeamSpeak is for Members and their children only - Members may request access for non members children by posting in the forums (JAG-Members Advocate) section and the case will be reviewed

Turning in Clan Tag:

Members who elect to ‘turn in their tags’ (leave the clan), are entitled to a 2 week (14 days) cooling off period. Even the calmest people can become discontent and lose their cool, any member who post’s an official ‘Leaving the Clan’ thread in the forums shall retain full member access to the forums for a 14 day grace period, at which point their forum access will be returned to regular status.
The following privileges shall be removed immediately:
a). Immediate removal of -=AGX=- Tag from player profile
b). Rcon privileges Revoked
c). Access to Clan only Gaming Events Revoked
d). Access to clan polls or debates Revoked

In the event the member wishes to stay, he/she must post their intentions in the forums and be voted back in by fellow clan members. This process will take 7 (seven) days from the date of return request, and no privileges will be reinstated unless the vote passes.

Voting:
All members are encouraged to vote on any poll, especially Council Elections
Members have the moral responsibility and power to lead the clan in it’s future direction and should exercise their right to do so
No active member shall be excluded or prohibited from any vote
A mass email must be posted within 24 hours by the member whom initiates the poll
Members have the right to post a ‘Vote of No Confidence’ within the forums (JAG Section – Member Advocate) at any time upon any member which they have evidence of not performing their duties or upholding their responsibility.
