Section II
Warning Process:
1st Warning: A written/verbal reminder of who you are and what you represent.
Warning duration 30 days. (After 30 days good conduct the slate is wiped.)
2nd Warning: Only a 2nd warning if received within the 30 day duration of 1st Warning. This will result in a 2 week exclusion from the -=AGX=- Warning duration 30 days. (After 30 days good conduct the slate is wiped.)
3rd Warning: Only a 3rd warning if received within the 30 day duration of 2nd Warning. This will result in a permanent exclusion from the -=AGX=-
Three 1st Warnings: If a member receives three 1st warnings in a 6 month period the 3rd one will be upgraded to a 2nd warning.
All Written Warnings will be posted in the Forums – JAG section – The Brig
A: As a member of The -=AGX=- I accept that my personal discipline within the Community is my own responsibility, and if my discipline falls below the level expected of the -=AGX=-, I will be issued with a 1st Clan warning for infraction of COC.
B: I accept that as a member of the -=AGX=- , should I receive a 2nd warning within 30 days of receiving a 1st warning that I will be excluded from the -=AGX=- for 2 weeks for infraction of COC
C: I accept that as a member of the -=AGX=- , should I receive a 3rd Clan warning within 30 days of receiving 1st or 2nd Clan warning or 3 warnings during a 6 month period that I will be permanently Excluded/Banned from the -=AGX=- for infraction of Clan COC.
