Section VI

Ban Court Appeals:

In the event a player is banned from any -=AGX=- gaming server or TeamSpeak, the player has the right to appeal the ban by posting (or by emailing agexperience@gmail.com) the following information as outlined below:
1. Player Name
2. Reason for ban
3. Admin who banned them (if applicable)
4. Date, Time, and server ip of ban
5. Additional -=AGX=- members if present at time
6. Description of events leading to ban and reason it should be lifted

All -=AGX=- members follow the Rcon guidelines in place of our CoC, however, Admins are humans, and mistakes can be made. Each case shall be reviewed by -=AGX=- Council and a reply shall be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of posting appeal

It is the Player’s responsibility to insure their proper email address is listed when registering on our forums
