-=AGX=- Recruit Process/Guidelines:

Addendum Effective 11/11/11

Recruit Process:
1. Request TeamSpeak Access from -=AGX=- member – Remain active on TS for at least 1 (one) week
2. Submit completed application via email
3. Submit $15.00 non refundable application fee (to be allocated to the First (1st) 3 (three) months dues (if applied as SA Member- or 1st year as Standard Member) along with acceptance of the -=AGX=- CoC (as stated in application) through Pay Pal: State purpose – (game name, Recruit)
4. Clan wide review of application (can take up to 30 days) after which a clan wide vote shall occur and run for Seven days
5. Upon contact (within 48 hours) from an Administrator after the vote – player will be allowed to wear -=AGX=- tag
6. Recruit shall be on probation and remain active in Game/TeamSpeak/Forums for 30 days
7. New Member shall remain active in Game/TeamSpeak/Forums and remain on probation for an additional 60 days.
Upon Denial: recruit shall be informed by an administrator within 48 hours, and immediately remove the [AGX] clan tag – recruit may not reapply for at least 90 days minimum
8. After 30 day probation, recruit has the option to become SA member (see Dues Section III of COC) and funds will be allocated to those dues

Active Member Family/Friends:
Active members whom would like to invite family or friends into the clan should follow the protocol as stated below:
1. Invite family member/friend to TS – Invited applicant must remain active on TeamSpeak for at least 1(one) week
2. Submit completed application via email (insert game name and recruit per player name associate who vouched for you)
3. Submit $15.00 non refundable application fee (to be allocated to the First (1st) 3 (three) months dues (if applied as SA Member- or 1st year as Standard Member) along with acceptance of the -=AGX=- CoC (as stated in application) through Pay Pal: State purpose – (game name, Recruit – Include: as per associate who vouched for you)
4. Upon contact (within 48 hours) from an Administrator – player will be allowed to wear -=AGX=- tag:
[AGX] found in game options/multiplayer options/clan tag
5. Clan wide vote to ensue within 7 (seven) days of application submittal
6. New Member shall remain active in Game/TeamSpeak/Forums and remain on probation for 60 days

Teamspeak is our primary voice-communications software, and it is mandatory that people use it. If you do not wish to use any kind of voice-communication software, you will not be accepted into our community. It has been determined that the best way to operate Teamspeak is with headset-mounted microphones. If you use Teamspeak with your speakers and a stand-mic, it creates terrible echo’s for everyone else. So, using a headphone and mic set is recommended.



8. I agree to make a conscientious effort to post/read in the -=AGX=- forums, a minimal of once per week.
